If cancellation occurs after payment, a refund will be processed accordingly.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the parcel is handed over to the courier.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are strictly subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

  • No return or refund is allowed for opened, worn, washed, or used items.

  • Claims for wrong or defective items must be made within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
