  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During peak seasons, promotions, or festive periods, processing time may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or WhatsApp.


2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship:

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Peninsular Malaysia: 1–3 working days
Sabah & Sarawak: 3–7 working days

Delivery times may vary depending on courier service, location, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Please note that delivery delays caused by courier companies are beyond our control.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Parcel weight

  • Selected shipping method

Promotional free shipping campaigns (if any) will be clearly stated on our website.


5. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.

HUZA Official will not be responsible for:

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect address

  • Additional shipping charges for re-delivery

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately before your order is shipped.


6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier service, responsibility is transferred to the courier company.

However, we will assist you in:

  • Filing a report with the courier

  • Tracking the shipment status

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos as proof.


7. Order Tracking

Tracking details will be provided once your order is shipped. Customers may track their parcel directly through the courier’s website using the provided tracking number.
