At HUZA Official, we prioritize hygiene, quality, and customer satisfaction. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Strict No Return / No Refund Policy (Opened Products)
For hygiene and safety reasons:
❗ No return or refund will be accepted if the product packaging has been opened, unsealed, worn, washed, or used.
As hijab products are considered personal wear items, we are unable to accept returns once the product has been opened.
2. Eligible Returns (Wrong / Defective Items Only)
We only accept returns under the following conditions:

You received the wrong item

The item has a manufacturing defect

The item is damaged upon arrival
Conditions:

Item must be unused, unwashed, unworn

Original packaging must remain intact

Return request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the parcel

Clear photo/video proof must be provided
Requests made after 48 hours may not be entertained.
3. Non-Returnable Situations
We do NOT accept returns or refunds for:

Change of mind

Color difference due to lighting/screen settings

Minor measurement differences (±1–3cm)

Personal dissatisfaction with material/texture

Sale or promotional items
4. Refund Process
If your return request is approved:

Refund will be processed to the original payment method

Processing time: 3–7 working days (subject to bank processing time)

Shipping fees are non-refundable
HUZA Official reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet our policy conditions.
5. Return Shipping Cost

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the mistake is from our side (wrong/defective item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
