1. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept payments via:

💳 FPX (Online Banking Malaysia)
All online banking transactions are securely processed through ToyyibPay (FPX gateway).

Supported banks include (but are not limited to):
Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, RHB Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Bank Islam, BSN, and other major Malaysian banks available under FPX.

All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

2. Payment Confirmation

  • Orders will only be processed after full payment has been successfully confirmed.

  • You will receive an automatic payment confirmation once the transaction is completed.

  • If payment fails or is incomplete, the order will not be processed.

If you encounter any issues during payment, please contact us immediately.

3. Failed or Pending Transactions

In the event of:

  • Interrupted payment

  • Bank processing delay

  • “Pending” transaction status

Please allow 24 hours for bank verification. If the amount has been deducted but your order status remains unpaid, kindly provide proof of transaction for verification.

4. Pricing & Currency

  • All prices displayed on our website are in MYR (RM).

  • HUZA Official reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice.

  • Promotional prices are valid within the stated campaign period only.

5. Order Cancellation Due to Non-Payment

  • Orders that remain unpaid after a certain period may be automatically cancelled.

  • HUZA Official reserves the right to release reserved stock for unpaid orders.

6. Refund Policy (Payment Related)

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (FPX via ToyyibPay).

  • Refund processing time may take 3–7 working days, depending on your bank.

  • Transaction charges (if applicable) may be non-refundable.

7. Payment Security

All payments made via FPX are secured through ToyyibPay’s encrypted payment gateway. HUZA Official does not store your banking details.
